George Kitras’ story is one of hard work and resilience. Born to Greek immigrant parents, George learned the value of hard work and the importance of the dollar from a very young age. Growing up, he was often found on construction sites with his father, who was a contractor. There, he performed various tasks, ranging from picking up garbage to feeding materials to workers on scaffolding. This hands-on experience, although tough, instilled in George a strong work ethic and a deep understanding of diligence and responsibility.

When George was just 18, a tragic accident at work left his father injured. He couldn’t resume work, so George took on the mantle of supporting his family. This pivotal moment in his life forged a strong sense of duty and a relentless drive to succeed.
